Scott.Weber Workspace PernerKarlín combines aesthetic and functional design with a family-like atmosphere and first-class services inspired by top hotels. The state-of-the-art A++ building in Karlín ensures high ecological standards and is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.

The entire ground floor of PernerKarlín is dedicated to events. The space is modern, design-driven, and multifunctional, suitable for organizing any type of event—from conferences and parties to trade fairs and garden parties. The largest hall accommodates up to 300 people in a theater setup. At the same time, the space can be divided into three separate halls with split projection. The event floor also features a fully equipped cinema hall with a capacity of 15 people, a Perner.Klub, and a large garden.

Perner.Experience by Scott.Weber Workspace offers the entire first event floor with a capacity of up to 700 people. The space includes Perner.Kino Perner.Central, Perner.Hall, Perner.Klub, and access to a garden. The venue can be used either as separate spaces or as one interconnected whole. It is ideal for conferences, corporate events, parties, and cultural events.

Perner.Hall offers a main event hall with a capacity of up to 300 people, which can be flexibly divided into three smaller halls. The space easily adapts to various event types—from conferences and presentations to workshops, corporate meetings, and social events.
Perner.Hall 1 – 190 people, Perner.Hall 2 – 110 people, Perner.Hall 2 + 3 – 150 people.

Perner.Central is a space designed for socializing, networking events, and culinary experiences for up to 40 people.

Perner.Klub offers space for up to 40 people. It includes a billiard table, giving the venue a relaxed yet still premium atmosphere.

Perner.Kino is an intimate cinema with a capacity of up to 15 people, ideal for private screenings, presentations, training sessions, or smaller team meetings. Its comfortable and fully equipped environment ensures both maximum experience and focus.
